Tereza Hrubanová is a guitarist, singer, lyricist and composer. She started her music career in 2013 and decided to write songs in the funky-rockin’ genre with inspiration from other styles. Electric Lady & The Funk Band polish the core values of funk, go to the old roots and sprinkle them with modern sound. In order to understand true blues and funky, she traveled to New Orleans where she got the training of a blues musician and experienced the life of street and club playing, jam sessions and improvised concerts with local bands who accepted her as one of their own. Tereza’s “returning to the roots” won her an offer to release an album under BMI in New York. Electric Lady’s support is Marek Cába on the bass guitar and Michael Cába on the drums.
