Known As Brooklyn is one of the bands that are getting ready for their very first festival season. Two Door Cinema Club and The 1975 are the two godfathers that stood at their cradle and you know that these bands don’t play no crap, do they? Despite the influence of the British guitar school, their songs don’t sound as pathetic, cheap copies. Quite the contrary. They lift these Prague perfectionists above the grey average of their peers, filling us with hope that there can soon be a new star on the Czech guitar music scene. Their goal is to bring to the Czech music a fresh breeze of quality melodic crude indie rock combined with a little bit of pop, fused together in an electronic experiment. Their first steps towards this goal have been successful.
